Merlin Business Rewards: Technology That Gives Back to Your Business
Merlin Business Rewards is our way of recognising the businesses that keep coming back. Every eligible hardware and services purchase earns credits you can put towards future Merlin orders, plus access to selected training, networking and partner vouchers.
There is no card, no points to chase and nothing to claim. Once your organisation’s account is active, qualifying invoices earn credits automatically, and you decide how to spend them.

How it works
- Activate once. Follow the link on your quotation or invoice to activate your organisation. It takes a minute and only needs your email.
- Buy as you always do. Nothing changes in how you order. Eligible hardware and services on paid invoices earn credits automatically.
- Credits are issued. Earnings are calculated on the net value of each paid invoice and issued to your account every quarter.
- Spend them your way. Put credits towards future eligible Merlin purchases, or redeem them for partner vouchers for your team.
What members get
- Credit against future purchases. Bring your balance to your account manager and apply it to your next eligible order.
- Partner vouchers. Redeem credits for vouchers from selected partners, a way to pass the benefit to the people who did the work.
- Training and networking. Access to selected Merlin training sessions and business networking events.
- A clear ledger. Every credit, redemption and expiry is listed in your account, so you can see exactly where a balance came from.
- Nothing to administer. No cards, no codes, no monthly statements to reconcile. Earning happens when an invoice is paid.
- Built for organisations. The account belongs to your business, not to one person, so it survives staff changes.
Merlin store credit
Credits can be exchanged for Merlin store credit of €10, €25, €50 or €100, taken off your next order at the Merlin online store. Credits stay valid for 12 months.
Questions
Does it cost anything to join?
No. Merlin Business Rewards is free for our business customers. Activating an account is the only step.
When do credits appear?
Credits are calculated once an invoice is paid in full and are issued to your account every quarter. Your account shows what has been earned and what is coming.
Are all purchases eligible?
Most are. Transactions on special pricing, such as tenders and some contract arrangements, may be excluded because the discount is already in the price. Your account manager can confirm for a specific quote.
Who can use the credits?
The balance belongs to your organisation, so anyone you authorise can spend it. Vouchers can be issued to a named recipient, which is how most members reward individual staff.
What happens if we return something?
If a paid invoice is credited back, the matching credits are reversed, and your ledger shows the reversal against the original earning.
How do we check our balance?
Sign in to your rewards account from the link in any Merlin Business Rewards email. The dashboard shows your balance, its value in euro, anything expiring soon and your full history.
